How Much Weight You Can Lose In A Weak Safely

How much pounds you can lose in week depends on your body type and actual weight your body have but it is safe to lose 1 to 1.5% of your body weight in a week which can be achieved by cutting calorie intake and physical workout (weight training, aerobic exercise etc.)
Means if your body has 250 Lbs weight, you can lose 2.5 to 4 Lbs a week safely and easily which is also healthy for long term.

The other factor is your body type. It’s easy to lose weight of fat as compared to weight of muscle. If your body has extra fat than it is easy to reduce it with workout and calorie cut in your diet but if your body has weight of muscles, losing is bit harder.

My friend Norenj, 27 Yrs had 210 Lbs weight, but he wanted to reduce it fast to pass medical examination test. Not actually know how much calorie he cut down but survived with just one heavy meal, 3 Glass of fruit juice and salad a day with aerobic exercises (12 Kilometer running and 45 minutes of swimming). After 5 week he managed to lose 31 Lbs of weight, means he lose about 6 Lbs a week safely with any supplement and by just cutting calorie intake and doing aerobic exercises.

Some weight training experts says, if you take only 800 calorie a day and workout daily with heavy weight, you can even lose 13-15 pounds of 250 body weight in a week but don’t follow this routine continuously. This routine is for one week only if you want urgent weight loss otherwise it is not recommended. Take protein rich food, liquid soups, fruit juice only.

Scientific research and experts advises suggest, it is safe to lose 1-1.5% of your total body weight in a week safely and you can achieve it by cutting calories daily calorie intake of 500 calories and 60-90 minutes of daily workout. When it comes to physical workout, weight training attacks more on fat and not affect your muscle weight much whereas aerobic exercise like running, swimming etc helps to reduce both body fat and muscles weight.

Though, it is difficult to tell how much weight can you lose in a week but you can lose 1-1.5% of your body weight safely and easily in a week.
