Not everyone is gifted with slim and trim body without
extra fats and anyone can gain weight at any age of life without any known
reason. Extra weight or ever is a common problem of today’s world because of
change in people’s habits, activities and life style. Unhealthy eating, late
night sleep, lack of physically activities and such other factors are main
cause of overweight in modern human. Absolutely, no one wants extra weight as
it affects one’s health, appearance, personality and confidence society and get
ready to experiment with their health and body by trying easy methods to reduce
weight such as weight loss supplements and excessive dieting which further
affects health and body balance.
Though, losing extra weight and fats is not an easy task
but it is not as complex also. There is safe, healthy and natural ways to
reduce extra weight within month which need only will power and commitment and
are far better than costly supplements and treatments available in market that
also have side effects on prolonged use.
I am not going to introduce any weight loss program and
tricks to reduce extra fats but going to tell you my own story how I managed to
reduce extra weight within a month with a continues routine to qualify in
annual medical test. My body tends to gain weight immediately even if I don’t
eat because of that I am 10-15% always and I need to reduce weight every year
to qualify in annual medical test for my job. Every year I follow this routine
for a month and reduce 20 to 15 Lbs weight naturally. I am not going to explain
it scientifically but just want to tell what I generally do in one month to
reduce 20 Lbs of weight.
Physical Workout
As you already know, physically workout is a primary
requirement to maintain perfect weight naturally and aerobic exercises proved
best for that. And nothing as simple, safe and effective as running and
swimming when it comes to reduce extra weight. But, if you want to reduce extra
weight you need to run daily at least 5 KM with the minimum speed of 1 KM in 6
minutes or 45 minutes of continues speed swimming followed by muscle stretching.
It may be tough for beginners who are just new to running or swimming but you
can improve stamina and endurance with a practice of 1 month but again, it
needs will power and commitment.
I usually run 6 KM in 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes
of stretching exercises or 1500 Meters of swimming 6 days a week. I take rest
on Sundays to let my body recover.
Drinking Lemon and Honey
After workout, I drink homemade energy drink made of
lemon, honey and common salt. Mix juice of a lemon, two tablespoons of honey
and small quantity of common salt in warm water and drink 20 to 30 minutes
after you finished your workout. This drink has numerous benefits for health
and weight loss. Lemon has Vitamin C which provide instant energy and recovery
after working by burning fats and calories of body that helps to reduce extra
fats, honey control the cloistral level and also provide energy where common
salt recovers water and salts contents lost by sweating while workout. Drinking
lemon and honey tonic after workout burn fats faster than any other supplements
while also provide instant energy and prevent dehydration.
What to eat?
Never stop eating completely in hope of weight loss. I
may not help you to reduce extra weight but will definitely affect your health
and appearance. Just reduce your calorie intake to 70%, avoid fast and oily
food and increase liquid and fiber diet such as fruits, green vegetable, milk,
plenty of water and green salad. Never miss a meal but take a healthy
breakfast, light lunch and light dinner with fruit juice. Citrus fruit juice
and orange juice is best for energy recovery and weight loss.
I generally take medium breakfast, light lunch and light
dinner with a glass of milk, a glass of citrus fruit juice, fruits and green
salad made of tomato, cabbage, carrot and cucumber.
There
is no need to do experiment with your body by trying different supplements in
hope of reducing extra weight as it can affect your health adversely. Extra
weight can be reduced by applying natural methods as suggested above that are
safe, natural and also improves immunity, stamina, confidence, core strength
and overall health of body. This natural weight loss routine is helping me and
my colleagues since 5 years and it may help you also to lose extra weight
naturally in a month.
